QUESTIONS & ANSWERS

Frequently asked questions

Ordering, after-sales and compliance questions answered in one place.

Which documents are provided for customs clearance?

Export documentation and document handover are coordinated for the selected product and destination, according to the confirmed order.

Which certificates apply to the models?

Compliance papers are matched to the confirmed model and destination market — certificates and reports from the Starland portfolio (ISO 9001 system, CE, EN 15194, FCC, GCC, RoHS) are shared per applicable model before order confirmation.

How are spare parts handled?

Spare-parts needs, document handover and issue tracking are coordinated according to the confirmed order and destination market.

Who supports the order after delivery?

Orders are followed by the same engineer who quoted them — spare parts, technical documentation and remote troubleshooting are coordinated with the production source.

How long is the lead time?

Lead time is confirmed on the proforma invoice after model, quantity and customization are fixed.

Can I order a sample first?

Yes — trial orders from 1 unit are supported so a new market can be validated at low cost. Volume pricing depends on quantity, configuration and trade terms.

What is the minimum order quantity?

Trial orders from a single unit are supported for most models; serial quantities are quoted by volume.
