How the first order usually runs:

- The export sales team replies with the matching models, specifications, MOQ and quotation.
- After commercial confirmation the team issues a quotation and, where requested, a draft order for review.
- Lead time is confirmed on the proforma invoice after model, quantity and customization are fixed.
